Meeting location - parking area on Emma Road near railroad bridge (near intersection with Craven St)

RiverLink's' most popular volunteer program! Cleanups occur on a monthly basis and volunteers (groups and individuals) are always needed to help pick up trash to clean up our watershed. Volunteers with access to kayaks, canoes, chainsaws, and other equipment to get large debris out of the river are encouraged to participate.

Join Latino Mentoring Program Adopt-a-Stream team on Thursday May 22 for a river cleanup along the French Broad River.  Please dress in clothes that can get a little dirty and wear sturdy shoes.  All volunteers will be required to sign a liability waiver and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
