Karen Cragnolin Park Update
Purchase a Deed of Support!

We have just about finished recycling 100,000 pounds of cement and installing erosion control measure - many thanks to D.H. Griffin and their team of incredible workers led by Brian Alexander.  The work they did at Karen Cragnolin Park is not just a donation to RiverLink- it is a donation to the entire community.  Special thanks to Allen Stewart, owner of High Country Hydro seeding for helping us with our erosion control measures at Karen Cragnolin Park.

The next step is to give DOT and the City an easement across the park so we can connect French Broad River Park and Carrier Park into a continuous two-plus mile greenway.  We are also starting our Brownfield investigations and have received a $20,000 grant from the EPA/Land-of-Sky Brownfield Program towards the $39,000 Phase II testing.

This is a perfect time to buy a "Deed of Support" to help us with the cost of testing and cleaning up the site.  Your $50 per foot will make you a riverfront property owner and it is completely tax deductible.  Every penny you donate will get us that much closer to making the entire 5.6 acres into the next exciting link in the riverfront greenway. 100% of your donation will be used to clean up and develop the site!

"The river has taught me to listen; you will learn from it too.  The river knows one can learn everything from it.  You have already learned from the river to strive downwards, to sink, to seek the depths."
